What we make and how we mold it
We manufacture custom silicone teethers from buyer drawings and specifications. Teethers are usually compression molded at moderate volumes and can move to LSR injection molding as volume grows. Material and hardness
Baby teethers typically use platinum-cured food-grade silicone at 30–50 Shore A. Food-grade FDA and LFGB material options are available; the wider factory material range also includes medical-grade and industrial-grade silicone, commonly 10–80 Shore A. Safety testing expectations
Safety requirements belong in the product specification before tooling. EU buyers typically require EN 71-1/2/3 plus LFGB food-contact compliance. US buyers typically require CPSIA, ASTM F963, and a Children's Product Certificate based on third-party lab testing. We support manufacturing toward these buyer requirements; compliance must be verified for the finished product and intended market.
